We want to inform you of some important changes to the Collaborative Access Hub service that will take effect by November 1st, 2023. The Collaborative Access Hub Nodes will start to synchronize and serve the data directly from the Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem, whilst the Open Access Hub and other related services are decommissioned.
The availability of the Collaborative Access Hub Nodes have been extended until the end of 2024 in order to provide additional time to the CollGS partners to adapt their workflows towards the Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem.
ColHub Node 1 IP Address Change:
Starting from November 1st, 2023, the ColHub Node 1 will undergo an IP address change. The new IP address will be 64.255.138.25.
In case you are using the IP address please be prepared to update your configurations accordingly to ensure uninterrupted access. ColHub Nodes 2 and Node 3 will not change.
Collaborative Data Offer:
We want to bring to your attention the data offer:
- The Collaborative Hub Node1 will provide fresh data and historical data. Historical data can be retrieved only if are Online on the Copernicus DataSpace Ecosystem.
- The Collaborative Hub Node 2 will provide 2-week rolling window of data
- The Collaborative Hub Node 3 will provide 3-week rolling window of data.
Starting from November 1st, 2023, the Sentinel-5P data will be made available via a dedicated Sentinel-5P Collaborative Access Hub at https://s5pcol.copernicus.eu.
Please make a note of the updated URL because the Sentinel-5P Pre-Ops Hub will be dismissed by November 1st, 2023. The Sentinel-5P Collaborative Hub will provide a 3-week rolling of fresh data.
We are pleased to announce that the Sentinel-5P Collaborative Hub will remain operational until the end of 2024.
Sentinel-5P Personal Accounts:
As part of these changes, all Collaborative users will be provided with individual personal accounts to access Sentinel-5P data on the Sentinel-5P Collaborative Hub. Separate instructions and details regarding personal accounts will be sent to you shortly.
It has been noted that due to the design of the new Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem, the Sentinel-1 (SLC, GRD, RAW) data are being disseminated in an uncompressed format. This will result in an increase in volume of the data to be transferred.
We understand that these changes may impact your workflow, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth transition.
