The Sentinel-3A ground segment anomaly on 10 February 2018 has now been solved.
Following the resolution, SRAL STC L2 products starting from 00:30 UTC on 10 February have been delayed.
Nominal production has been restored for products starting from 05:08 UTC sensing time on 11 February.

Due to a Sentinel-3A ground segment anomaly on 10 February 2018 the following products are affected:
- SRAL NRT products generated starting from 12:00 UTC on 11 February (creation date and time) could be degraded
- SRAL STC L1/L2 products sensed starting from 00:30 UTC on 10 February (sensing date and time) will be delayed until further notice


Temporary publication delay of Sentinel-2 products in the Data Hubs

Users are informed that the availability of the Sentinel-2 products in the data hubs is delayed as of 05 February 2018.
Based on the current analysis at the ground segment level, such delay would be linked to the ongoing maintenance on DHuS infrastructure, resulting in the degraded performances of Sentinel-2 products dissemination to data hubs. There has been an ongoing investigation on the network side to fix this issue as soon as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Due to a Sentinel-3A ground segment anomaly on 05 February 2018, now resolved, NRT products from orbit #10259 to #10261 have been delayed; nominal production was fully restored starting from orbit #10262.

Degraded network performances on Data Hub Services (26 January 2018)

Today, the 26th January 2018, ColHub Node 1 is experiencing a significant drop in network performances that are leading to very slow download times for the Sentinel Data products. User experience in this period is severely impacted.
The anomaly is under investigation with the network provider, to be resolved as soon as possible.
Download rates on ColHub Node 2 are nominal but there is a temporary publication delay of the new products.

Sentinel-2A MSI decontamination between 03 and 04 February 2018

A routine decontamination activity of the Sentinel-2A MSI is planned over a continuous period of roughly 24-hours between 07:10 03 February 2018 and 06:20 04 February 2018 UTC (corresponding approximately to between absolute orbits 13674 to 13687).
During this time window no MSI acquisition will take place.
Correlated calibration activities will be performed around the decontamination period that will further affect the nominal acquisition plan between 07:20 02 February 2018 and 08:00 05 February 2018 UTC.
